Amazon Ads Billing invoices, as in the Ads console billing history. Not the SP-API Vendor amazon_invoices. One row per issued invoice and billing_type: CAMPAIGN (one campaign and program, lines of the same campaign summed, Amazon sign kept), PROMOTION, ADJUSTMENT, FEE (per fee type and country) and TAX. date is the invoice date. SUM(total) over an invoice without TAX rows equals invoice_amount_due. The current, not yet issued period is not included. Empty when the Ads account has no Billing history permission. Fetched daily, 2 years back.

- `marketplace_country_code` (`TEXT`, required) — ISO country code for the Amazon marketplace.
- `marketplace_country_name` (`TEXT`, required) — Human-readable country name for the marketplace (derived from marketplace_id).
- `seller_or_vendor_id` (`TEXT`, required) — DataDoe account identifier used by MCP/API calls (sellers_and_vendors_list, exports). Not unique in amazon_sellers_and_vendors_context when one account has multiple connection contexts — join that table on connection_context_id instead.
